Rockbox
Tuesday, July 11th, 2006I’ve had my Rio Karma now for over a year, and I’m half expecting it to die on me. So, I’m keeping an eye eye out for a replacement for when that sad day arrives. So far Rockbox on an iPod looks like my best bet. I could even get Linux on there for extra geek points.
Interestingly enough, both the Karma and the iPod are based on the same underlying technology, PortalPlayer. I wonder if anyone’s going to get Rockbox onto a Karma.
